Icy Summer Chocolate Chiller

There is nothing like a cozy hot cocoa in the winter to keep you warm and cozy. Do you miss your liquid chocolate fix in the warmer summer months?

Try this delicious chocolate chiller made with our premium dark chocolate bar (with 60% cacao). This recipe makes 4 to 5 servings.

2.5 cups of milk (skim, whole or 2%)
1 bar (3.5 oz) Glow Dark 60% Cacao Chocolate - chopped)
1 cup coffee (we like ours strong)
1/8 t. ground cinnamon

  • In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk

  • Add the chopped chocolate, stirring up until melted

  • Stir in coffee and cinnamon; remove from heat

  • Cool to room temperature

  • Add remaining milk and chill until ready to enjoy. To serve, shake and strain into a tall glass with ice.
