Highlights from the Sweets & Snacks Expo

It's like Halloween for grown ups!

We had a great time showing off our newest products at the Sweets & Snacks Expo last week in Chicago. The Expo featured a wide range of products that illustrated trends sweeping the industry, from long-established trends to fresh innovations.

Some trends that we noticed were simple ingredients, bold and regional flavors, and "meal-replacement" snacks. We also noticed more salty sweet flavors. It turns out the reason for this is that adding the sweet allows manufacturers to reduce salt levels to make the snacks healthier. We make Glow Chocolate bars and truffles healthier by using natural non-GMO ingredients to provide a quality chocolate at an affordable price.
